Our hydraulic rock drill has only acquired about 400 hours of use in the last 5 or 6 years. This is due to some native land claim issues and favorable road building conditions with little to no blasting involved. Through this slow period, you have kept up a great product support service, enough though we haven’t needed much. Before we needed the drill in a big way, we decided to give it some minor upgrades at our Madeira Park shop. After calling Traxxon for some mechanical assistance, Mark and yourself came up immediately, trouble shot and fixed our technical problems. I would once again like to thank Traxxon and Barry Davis for the years of great service and product support.
