Our customer came to us with the request of using their CAT 330 excavator and an attachment that could drill probe holes in the ceiling that will vary in height from 40-50 feet. We took to the drawing boards and built an extension to the front of the mast on our TR-EX 1500 shoring attachment. This unit is now working hard underground at an old limestone quarry, making drilling into 50 foot ceilings look like an easy task!
