You Asked. We Answered.

If you've spent any time in the drilling or foundation industry, you know that every project starts with questions.

What equipment is best for the application?

What's the difference between drilling methods?

Should you choose one attachment over another?

Which machine is right for the job?

How do you reduce downtime and improve productivity?

Over the years, our team has answered thousands of these questions. Some come from experienced contractors looking to compare equipment. Others come from companies entering a new market, training new operators, or simply wanting to understand how different systems work before making an investment.

We realized something: if one customer is asking a question, chances are dozens of others are wondering the same thing.

Rather than making people search through dozens of blog posts or call us for every basic question, we wanted to build a growing knowledge base that gives contractors, project managers, mechanics, fleet managers, estimators, and operators quick access to reliable information.

Built From Real Conversations

Every FAQ begins with a conversation we've had with a customer.

Questions like:

  • What types of foundation drilling equipment does Traxxon supply?

  • What's the difference between open hole, cased, and slurry drilling?

  • When should I use a Kelly bar?

  • What equipment is used for micropiles?

  • How do I choose the right drilling attachment?

  • Why do hydraulic hoses fail?

  • What are the advantages of Sandvik equipment?

  • What drilling methods work best in different ground conditions?

These aren't questions pulled from a marketing list, they're the same questions our sales, service, and technical teams answer every day.

More Than Product Information

At Traxxon, we've always believed our job goes beyond supplying equipment.

Our goal is to help customers make informed decisions that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and keep projects moving.

Sometimes that means recommending a machine.

Sometimes it means explaining why one drilling method is better suited to a particular ground condition.

Sometimes it means helping someone understand maintenance practices that can extend equipment life.

The more information our customers have, the more confident they can be when planning projects and operating equipment in the field.

A Resource That Will Continue to Grow

The FAQ page isn't meant to be a static webpage.

As new technologies emerge, equipment evolves, and customers continue asking great questions, we'll keep adding new content.

Future topics will include additional drilling techniques, maintenance tips, equipment comparisons, troubleshooting advice, and answers to many of the questions we receive from the field.

If there's a topic you'd like us to cover, we'd genuinely like to hear it. Email us your questions to marketing@traxxon.com
