Last week, our team was proud to exhibit at the TLA Annual Convention & Trade Show in Vancouver. As one of the most important annual gatherings for BC’s forestry and logging sector, the event brought together contractors, suppliers, industry leaders, government representatives, and Indigenous partners from across the province.

This year’s theme, “Fostering Collaboration & Partnerships,” reflected a reality many in the industry are facing: the future of forestry in BC depends on our ability to work together, adapt, and find solutions that support long-term sustainability.

There is no denying that BC’s forestry and logging industry is navigating a period of significant change. Rising operating costs, labour shortages, regulatory complexity, shifting market demands, and reduced timber supply have created ongoing challenges for contractors and suppliers alike. Many operations are being asked to do more with less, while maintaining safety, productivity, and environmental responsibility.

Despite these pressures, forestry remains a critical part of BC’s economy and identity. Protecting its future means embracing innovation, strengthening partnerships, and supporting contractors with equipment and solutions that improve efficiency and reduce downtime in the field.

Throughout the convention, many of the questions we received focused on our TR-EX attachments and how they can continually support forestry and logging operations. Designed with durability and versatility in mind, the TR-EX attachments help operators handle demanding applications while maximizing productivity on site. The attachments are built to perform in tough environments, helping crews work more efficiently and safely, even as conditions and project requirements evolve.

The interest we saw at TLA reinforced the importance of equipment solutions that are adaptable, reliable, and backed by knowledgeable support.

At Traxxon, we see our role as more than just a supplier. We aim to be a long-term partner, supporting our customers with reliable equipment, responsive service, and solutions that are built for real-world forestry applications.

If you have questions about how we can support your operation, we encourage you to reach out to our team. We’re always happy to continue the conversation.
