Traxxon is an official Sandvik dealer, providing parts, service, and support for 35 years. This dates to the first sale of a Ranger 500 into the North American market in 1994.
The company is well versed in Sandvik surface drills, dating back to the legacy machines (Commando DC120H, Scout CHA560/700, Ranger DX500/700/800, Pantera DP1500). As new products were developed and launched, Traxxon kept up with training and product offerings, leading to the introduction of i-series rigs in Western Canada in 2011. Since that time both the legacy and i-series rigs have gone through substantial developments with many new production models becoming available, packed with new features and technology. The newest version of i-series surface drill rigs is the Ranger DX900i/DX910i and the Leopard DI650i. Traxxon has invested in training for both products and have already been supporting them in their customer base.
Traxxon has six fully equipped, modern service trucks located in Surrey, BC. The fleet of trucks is complimented with a staff of nine full-time Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanics, ready to keep our customer assets serviced and to maintain machine up-time. Our mechanics receive on-going training to keep up to date with product updates and new technologies. They are connected with Sandvik Canada’s technical team, which extends up to the factory level in Finland.
Traxxon has a 17,000 SQFT service shop and 7,000 SQFT parts warehouse in Surrey BC, stocking a substantial number of spare parts for regular maintenance (service kits, wear parts, lubricants, and rock tools) as well as machine critical components to maintain machine up-time.
Additionally, Sandvik has opened a regional warehouse to support the mining and construction sectors for Western Canada in Surrey, further adding to the capability of local parts and service support.
We're dedicated to keeping your investments up and running!
